I would like to set up an email notification through powerautomate after the sematic model of power bi is updated. May I please ask exactly how to do this.

Because it is necessary to obtain the status of data refresh in real-time, it may be necessary to combine the Power BI rest API. Then, when the conditions are met, you can trigger your subflow which includes the action ‘Send an Email’. You can refer to this forum reply first.

No such trigger exists. You need to implement your own polling process.
