Editting Template Picture

How do you edit a banner that was on a template. When I resize the page the picuture/ banner does not adjust?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please provide a relevant screenshot that shows how the banner and picuture inside the template look like? Is this picuture from an image url, or is it a background image inserted directly? If it is from image, you can change the settings in below screenshot to adjust it. Thank you.
