Edge Legacy Browser Upgrade Popup issue

We are using a UWP to embed the PowerBI reports for signage purposes, but the UWP is tied to the Edge Legacy Browser, so the following popup from PowerBI will always prompt the user to upgrade.

Is there a setting on the PowerBI or piece of code in the powerbi-client JS library that can disable or hide the Popup?

You should raise an issue at https://issues.powerbi.com . If you have a Pro license you can consider raising a Pro ticket at https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/pro/

Don't assume that the Power BI product team and the UWP product team are talking to each other.
