Dynamic Dashboard

Hello, so, long story short, i made dynamic filters for my reports, with RLS, works all fine for all the users, but when they go on the dashboard that takes piles from those reports, they don't see the piles filtered. It's like if the dashboard isn't refreshing, because also happens that (example) i pin something in the dashboard that has as value 57%,  after a week in the report is 70% and the dashboard still shows 57%.

It doesn't sound like a problem with RLS, it's more like the dashboard cannot be refreshed normally?
RLS is based on dataset, so it still works in the dashboard. Can other data in your dashboard be updated normally?
