Defining a business day per business Operation hours and Time zone (US)

I have a report I have developed for a financial institution. very basic at first as all they wanted is calculating transaction amounts per day. different types of transaction so each type had its own column on the table visual. one thing i was just communicated is their business day is not the standard 24 hrs from midnight to mid night. they actually start the day at 3am and end it thenext day at 2:59 am with saturday and sunday as no transactions. also they want it to respect the different time zones

please help with whatever ideas you have.

TIA

Hi @den_mo , as you import the data in Power Query, I would add an new column the set the "Business Date" based on the DateTime of the Transaction.  In your Data Model after importing, you need to create an active relationship between  this Date and your Calendar table.  Now all your visuals should just change to reflect the "Business Date" timeframe.
