Thank you so much @v-yuta-msft ,
Tried all the above steps everything was working fine
Found the issue after deepdive the embedding capacity maxed-out (when we are limiting the data and publishing it is working )

Hi @prapul ,

Thank you for reaching out with your issue regarding new data not reflecting in your embedded Power BI report within your application. You can make the following attempts and check if they can solve the problem:

  •  Which embedded analytics solution you are using? Ensure that the embed token used for embedding the report has not expired. Tokens have a limited lifespan, and once expired, they will not display updated data.
  • Clear the browser cache: Sometimes, the browser may cache an older version of the report. Try clearing the browser cache or use an incognito/private browsing window to see if the issue persists.
  • Check for Service Outages:  Occasionally, Power BI Service outages can affect embedded reports. Check the Power BI support page for any known issues or outages that might be affecting the service.
  • Use JavaScript API to Refresh: If you are using the Power BI JavaScript API, you can programmatically trigger a refresh of the report by using the "report.refresh()" method. Enhanced refresh with the Power BI REST API - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
  •  Inspect Permissions: Verify that the user viewing the embedded report has the necessary permissions to view the latest data. Permissions can be managed in the Power BI Service.
