I am using the Data Refresh API's and getting the bad request error "Invalid dataset update request. The number of update requests in the last 24 hours has exceeded the limit" even when doing just six refreshes today (two below the daily limit for PRO account). The point is that yesterday I did two updates and the API is counting it as if it was today.
The question is: When the Data Refresh API is exactly 'restarted' so I can consider that I have the eighth refreshes again?
I'm actually using a Power BI PRO account.
Ignore the failures, that's why I didn't configure the gateway yet...
I posted a similar problem before but didn't get any reply.
My refresh trigger in flow
Got the error when refresh triggered at 14:45 (2:45 pm)
Anyone who has an explanation on how the refresh is counted? Thank you.
