Regarding the issue you raised, my solution is as follows:
1.Firstly, remove unnecessary columns, rows, and formatting to reduce the file size.
2.Secondly, minimise complex formulas and calculations in Google Sheets, and instead, perform data processing and calculations in Power BI.
Get started with Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
3.Next, install and configure the Power BI gateway to enable scheduled data refreshes from Google Sheets, even when the file is not open.
