DAX to extract data from a column to create new calculated Rows

Hey

Not sure if is possible, but I would like to use the %s and project titles from the column (Route - Operational) and utilize those percentages to create new rows in my table (and columns if necessary), each row will have the same portfolio and project number, however, each financial columns (FY Budget and FY Forecast values) will be the result of the original values (1,500,000) multiplied by the % indicated in the Route Operational column.

Not sure if my explanation is clear, so I created a schematic to exemplify the challenge.

Any suggestion will be much appreciated 🙂

You cannot use DAX to add rows to existing tables. That can only be done in Power Query or further upstream.

What you can do is create new calculated tables and then union them with existing tables.
