Custom Visuals Stacked Column Chart

Hello team, I am working on creating a simple stacked column chart and bar chart visual with selection feature. Even though I have followed the selection code documentation, the visual selection feature is not working correctly as I intend it. While selections of other visuals affect my visual, I can not reciprocate same. I am attaching the GitHub link below:
