Custom Date format choices for Gantt Chart axis- Gantt Chart by Maq Software

Hi all,

I am trying to build a gantt chart custom visual similar to gantt chart by Maq software.
One of the requirement is to have various date format choices available for the axis to the users.
So that the user have ability to change the date format of axis as per their convenience.

1. Format choices for how Dates across the top are viewed
   1. Q1 2020  Q2 2020
   2. Year
      1. Multiple formats 2020 or FY20 or CY20
   3. Qtr
      1.  Q1, or CQ, or FQ
   4. Month
      1. January
      2. Jan
   5. Day
   6. Year, Qtr, Month
      1.   2020
      2.   Qtr 1 Qtr 2 Qtr 3 Qtr 4
      3.   Jan Feb Mar
