Can Power BI do somthing like this (for other formulas)? I created this attached graph a few years ago in Xcelsius. One can, in powerpoint slide show, change the values of each variable and see how the graph changes.
If so, how do it do that (I am a novice on Power BI).

Without knowing your table structures and the detailed requirements, it's hard to say if it can be achieved in Power BI. But Power BI do support visualization interactions in a report.![]()
By default, visualizations on a report page can be used to cross-filter and cross-highlight the other visualizations on the page. And we can change this default behavior by using the Visuals Interaction control. For more details about visualization interactions in Power BI, you can refer to the following articles:
