Hi community!,
Just checking with you if you have come accross something similar. I am trying to create arrows from data that I received on a weekly basis. It basically compares the northing, easting from the first recording and the final recording that way we can know in which direction the instrument has move.
I could plot it in excel but I am having a hard time finding the right way to create this arrow in Powerbi.
Example:
Start point :
Easting (m) | Northing (m) |
631 | 111 |
Final point :
Easting (m) | Northing (m) |
641 | 181 |
All helps are appreciated!

Hi @gersoncarpio9,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Forum Community.
Power BI’s built-in visuals do not support directional arrows (with heads), making it impossible to show true vector movement between two points natively. You can simulate it with lines or use advanced visuals (Python, R, Deneb) to achieve accurate directional plotting.
If you find this response helpful, please consider marking it as the accepted solution and giving it a thumbs-up to support others in the community.
Thank you!
