I have below data,
I want to create a new column which shows all such Credit_dt for which Disb_date is not null, Fun_date is not null and
Denial_Date is null, so my output through DAX should produce below column. In short, my output should be 1st and 3rd row of Credit_dt column.
I really appreciate any help.

New_Credit_dt = IF(NOT(ISBLANK([Fun_dt])) && [Denial_Date] = Blank()),[Credit_dt],BLANK())
This worked for me. Thanks for your guidance. I really appreciate!
Do you really have the word "NULL" in ther or is it blank? If Blank:
New_Credit_dt = IF(NOT(ISBLANK([Fun_dt])) && BLANK([Denial_Date]),[Credit_dt],BLANK())
Thanks for your reply.
My data has blank values only, no nulls.
I was trying your query but it says BLANK() cannot accept any argument.
I am getting this warning: "Too many arguments were passed to the BLANK function. The maximum argument count for the function is 0". Please suggest any work around.
New_Credit_dt = IF(NOT(ISBLANK([Fun_dt])) && [Denial_Date] = Blank()),[Credit_dt],BLANK())
This worked for me. Thanks for your guidance. I really appreciate!
