Converting Power Bi Embed JavaScript to https

Hi

I have generated a publish to web embed code that I then added a filter via the Developer Playground. However the code in the playground is in Java. Does anyone know how to convert this to the https address similar to this one
https://app.powerbi.com/view?r=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

thanks

Richard

After scanning the Web , Docs and Community I have come to the conclusion that it is not possible to pass a URL filter to a publishto web report.

Hi  @cottrera ,

How did you add the FIlter in java referencing the Power BI publish to web link? Is it on your local server or elsewhere?

If you are using Java implementation on your local server, then you may need to publish to public server yourself to generate this https url.

If you are using publish to web url and want to add some filters, you can try to use Power bi's url FIlter:

Filter a report using query string parameters in the URL - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Hi I am Publishing to web (publich) url. However I have tried the URL filters which work fine when publishing internall within my organisation

Example of filter:?filter=WIP/UPRN eq 270348

But do not work when trying to add them to the Publishing to web (publich) url.
This is why I took the Developer playground route.

thanks

Richard
