I start to make my first doc , I get field from my data base as date
it look like this

it is date or date and time
with qlik i had a script like this
date(makedate(1988,1,1)+(IVDATE/(60*24))) AS DOCDATE
how do i convert in power BI

Well, I *believe* the equivalent formula in Power BI would be:
DOCDATE = DATE(1988,1,1) + [IVDATE]/(60*24) * 1.
