Convert date to quarters (Insert Column)

I am new to Power BI and want to convert date to quarters: Date is in this format - 20/12/2015 12:01:01.

I want to add a customn column and then filter out as per year to make it more dynamic.

The output I am looking for is Quarter numbers.

Can someone help please?
