Conditional Formatting in Matrix

Hi All,

 

I have a requirement where I have to show data in form of table but the common data should not repeat and it should create a group. Since table doesn't support such I created a matrix and select the "OFF" option for Stepped Layout in Row Header.

 

Now I want to conditionally provide the color code to the columns but the column name is not showing any options like we have in tables.

 

Could you please help me. I have such type of requirement in multiple sheets.
