Hello,
I hope the community here can help me with a specific challenge.
I need to create a report in which the user has the ability to provide comments.
For example, user performs analysis on visuals and fills a questionaire (whehter analysis requires some sort of action or not) for each quarter.
The questionaire should be automatically saved for the specific quarter, as a means of audit trail.
How could this be done within Power BI? If you have useful links, please send.
