Cannot Create a PowerBi Embedded on Azure Portal

Hi,

I am trying to create a PowerBI Embedded on My Azure Company Portal but I got this

"Unsupported account

You cannot create a Power BI Embedded capacity using a personal account. Use your organizational account instead."

And I am the administrator of the portal under admin@ensat.com.mx

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

Now the problem is worse. I cannot access to the powerbi with the account even when the account is Pro
