Can't give app permissions to a group user

Hello.

My boss purchased Power BI Pro and assigned that license to me.
I am trying to embed code in a web application with reports from Power Bi.
However I need admin permissions for creation of embedded code.
My boss is the admin however he cannot give any app permissions because in the page where that is supposed to be everything appears as null.

How to give app permissions to my account specifically permission to create embedded code for publishing to the web?

Which version of embedding are you planning to implement?  "Simple" iframe, or fully featured embedding?

That's no good. You would need to implement the full embedded setup to achieve the desired level of control.
