Button for Capturing Report Filters

I have a report in Power BI App service. I'd like to add a button at the end of the report that saves the user's filters so I can automate a weekly PDF export with their preferences. 

I'm thinking I could send all the filters to a database for later reproduction in power automate. My problem is I don't know how to capture the filter values. 

I'm open to alternatives to the end goal, but I'd rather not create a new report for each user.
