I have some questions re: accessing a published report from a workspace based on a data-source which includes Business central online 365, I am hoping someone could please advise?
For the report currently published to a personal workspace the data sources and the configuration in powerbi.com are as follows:
1/ Business central online 365: Dynamics365Businesscental, Authentication method – OAUTH2, Privacy – Organizational;
2/ XLS stored in share-point ( projection & reference data ) : https://XXX.sharepoint.com/sites/XXX, Authentication method – OAUTH2, Privacy – Organizational
The report will need to be published to a group workspace accessible by a broader user group who will all have power-bi pro licenses but not all of these users accessing the workspace will have a Business central online 365 license.
Would there be any potential issues in accessing the report in the group workspace for the non – business central users ?
Would there be any potential restrictions (row level) where accessing the entire published dataset for the business central users?
Advice would be most appreciated. Thank you in Advance.

HI @mleepin1,
AFAIK, viewed shared reports are based on the permission that you configure on the data source credentials.
So if you share with your organization users who have power bi pro license, these contents should work well based on the credentials that you configured on the dataset.
Notice: If you enable the SSO feature to use end-user credentials to link to the data source or apply 'map user name' on your data source(SSAS), power bi may use a different method to handle access operations.
