Auto Scrolling Table

Looking to get some kind of auto scroll functionality on a table.

Is that possible?
This is similar to what I want to get, But I want to scroll a table in Power BI.

I suppose this topic is duplicate of this one.

It has no sense to create it here because I monitor this thread too and try to answer questions regarding Power BI Custom Visuals.

I have already proposed you a solution, moreover, this question is rather about general JS things but not Power BI Custom Visuals issues.
