App Owns Data sample power bi embedded

I am using the sample from GitHub.  We have POwer BI Premium capacity and are using a service principal.

Everytime I run the application, I get "Unauthorized".  When I debug it seems that GetPOwerBIClient() is failing with no token credentials.  We are in the GCC so I have changed the URLs to pint to GCC instead of commercial.

I get an access token but it not returned to the var tokencredentials and therefore fails.
