Adding a text-value column (indicator) to a line chart

I have a line chart that shows Weekly Cumulative submitted issues.
In order to see if there were any "Jumps" between the milestones, 
I Created a column that indicates the milestones' publish week, and managed to make it work using the tooltip.
but then I'll have to hover over the right spot in order to see the milestone,  
But I wish to see the Milestone indicator the whole time with the line chart, and looks like this is not an option in powerBi.
any idea if there is a combined line chart that works flawlessly and allows me to do such data combinations (Integer and text column values with the same shared axis)
