The below picture is for the measure: Recordings with at least one obs filed
The above picture is for the measure: Recordings with at least one obs filed with zeroes
This measure is: CALCULATE([Recordings with at least one obs filed]) + 0
As you can see in the top picture the date range is 2/1/2024 to 3/31/2024; however, the measure Recordings with at least one obs filed with zeroes is ignoring that date filter and is showing data starting at Jan 2023.
How do I solve filling in blanks with 0s but have the date filtered applied to the measure as it would be expected?
I have tried adding ALLSELECTED(vw_dimDate[dimDateID]) and KEEPFILTERS(vw_dimDate[dimDateID]) for
Recordings with at least one obs filed with zeroes, but keep showing for dates outside of the filtered time frame
Hi @jgriff2240 ,
I create a sample to have a test, but I couldn't reproduce your issue.
I think if the column in date slicer and the column in matrix column field are both from Dimdate table, your matrix visual should be filtered by the slicer.
My Sample:
Measure1 = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Value]))
Measure2 = CALCULATE(SUM('Table'[Value]))+0
Result is as below.
Your issue may be caused by your data model. Please compare your data model and your measure with mine. If your issue still couldn't be resolved, please share a sample file with me.
Best Regards,
Rico Zhou
