AS Timeline visual certification

How could I find out why the AppSource visual "AS Timeline" is not (yet) Power BI Certified.  My tenant will not allow uncertified visuals be published to PBI premium dedicated capacity.  I would like to use this one.

On that page is an email address you can contact for support - I'd suggest reaching out to the vendor directly.
