API Key embed issue in report refresh

We are using Microsoft Azure Consumption Insights for fetching the Azure Cost Data. Our requirement is to refresh the data every month. First time when we refresh the data, it asks for API Key. However, the API Key is available from the Azure EA portal and it is only accessible to client and it can only be shared via keyvault. Is there any way through which key can be fetched from keyvault during refresh? or is there some other alternative?

Also, is the key required to be entered for every machine individually? if already enetred in one machine and same report shared in other machine, it asks for key.
