Is it possible to multiple two column from difference tables without creating any relationship in power bi

Hi @laxmiprabha,

No, it doesn't make sence to do any calculation between two columns in two unrelated tables. For example, for the first row in the left table, we cannot determine which value in the right table is matched to it.
