Here is a similar issue reported on Power BI Issues forum in which a workaround is mentioned. Could you go to check if it helps?

In addition, what version of Power BI Desktop are you using? I just verified that the latest version(2.46.4732.721 64-bit (May 2017)) are working fine without this issue on my environment.

I reset my system date time settings. then it is fine.

Can you check your system date is updated or not otherwise set proper date in your system.
