what are report template and how to design

pls guide what are report template features and options. how can i create and publish report template so that other user can utilized.

You may have a look at these templates. Here are the articles about how to create a power bi template and Deep Dive into Query Parameters and Power BI Templates.

When you create a Power Bi template, you can share it to others by email or upload it to onedrive, post the onedrive share link to your colleagues. Then others can use the template.
