weighted average that based on selected filter

Hi, I want to create a weight average measure, but the problems is that how to make the value changes with the filter

null_0-1656916262173.png

the rule of  weight average is  sum(amount*value)/sum(amount)

for example, if I select all of filter_dim2, the value of  east is (20*40+30*35+10*80) / (20+30+10)

and if I select all of filter_dim1, the value of a is (20*40+50*90+60*10+35*70) / (20+50+60+35)

do you have any ideas on how to create such a calculation? Thank you.
