How can I scrape https:// yokatlas.yok.gov.tr/lisans.php?y=104112286#c1000_1. I see the table, but I cannot get the data with Power BI Web way.

If you're talking about the tables that appear dynamically after clicking on the links on that page, I don't think you're going to be able to scrape that. In those situations, even from a .NET perspective, you have to actually simulate a browser to get data that is subsequently generated for the viewer after javascript events.
