value between two time range

I want to get result between two time range.

Given the Test start time and test end time , the result of the required field should be displayed.

For eg - start time - 10:53:46 endtime - 12:53:35 . Result should be displayed between this time.

How to do this in PwerBI

I am still a bit confuse with your expected result. So you want to show a column with rows of the time in between start time and end time? What is the interval?

For now, you can try GENERATESERIES() or CALENDAR() to create a table.
