using custom visual maps as a filter

I have this dashboard https://ochayemen.org/hpc/hno-sectors-information, the map is custom visual (using leaflet) and what I need is to change all slicers on click on any district on the map.
Assuming you have already done the obvious of checking interactions of the visual. If you replace the custom visual with say a bar chart and then interact with it does it filter the other visuals?
If it does that it will be some issue with the custom visual itself and I have no experiance with that particular visual and would suggest you contact the creator of the visual or swap to a different map.
I created the custom visual using a leaflet library, but I need a documentation showing how to make my custom visual act like the power bi slicer.
