use powerbi to publish datasets to the public

hello..

is there anyway that I can use powerbi as a public self-service to the world for some datasources?

e.g. 

I have a census for a labour force.. and I want to use the powerbi services as a self service portal to the world..

that anyone can access my data, measures and build his own report....

is that avialable,,, if no.. what is the best tool that can connect to ssas to do such a job like that

so how will be everyone can edit or build a report if the analysis service take the security rule by active directory login???

In fact , only the person that had been granted the permission can use the related data set and create their own reports based on that data set. The following documentations may help you:

If your Power BI Report is published on PBI Service and shared among yours users so they can utilized all the measures, Columns, and Tables from "Power BI Datasets" of Get Data option in PBI Desktop.
