urgent question regarding default tooltip

Hello everyone,

I have several visual using the 'advanced card' and now I facing two issues:

1.The contect I put into the toolip, how can we custimized to have more space, and how many rows? The current one looks not good(See the below red circle, I want to 'the assessment XXXX' continue immediately after the 'between'

2.When I hover over on the card, how to remove the defult tooltip, I do not need the dupicate lable and number:(See the highlighted yellow, I want to remove that)

BTW, I do not want to create a new page and add it as a tooltip since I only need to add several sentense for the introduction.
