Moving Average =

'Task Calendar'[Task Date],
LASTDATE('Task Calendar'[Task Date]) ,
-30 ,
DAY),
CALCULATE(sum('YourTable'[Task Count]))
)
Maybe the , won't work, replace them with ; (In my version of PBI i need to use ';')
