HI,

i am new to powerbi .please explain any one how to solve the issue unable to creating workspace in power bi

Hi @annapurna,

Do you mean that you can not create a app workspace in Power BI service? If it is, please confirm from your Office 365 administrator that your account is allowed to create Groups in Exchange Online. When you create an App Workspace, in the background it also creates an Exchange Online Group, and if you do not have access to create the groups, it will fail when trying to create an App Workspace.
