How to download the data from the PowerBI dashboard in Excel or CSV format from the dash board which is uploaded to the web

you can download it directly from the visual.

I have deployed the dashboard to the web and my friend want download the data which are being affected by the filter from the website which contains my dashboard for example i created a dashboard on the leaves in a institute but he want to download the data from a specific time to time that to he want from the institute website where the dashboard is deployed
