Dear Experts,
When I am using the following Expression the Dax Result shows in the below table:
Calculate = Sum[Gross Salary], All[Department Name]
| Slicer Year | 2023 | |
| Slicer Month | July | |
| Department Name | Gross Salary | Total Salary |
| LPG | 500 | 5700 |
| Chemicals | 1000 | 5700 |
| Sales | 1500 | 5700 |
| Marketing | 2000 | 5700 |
| Finance | 700 | 5700 |
| Aviation | 5700 | |
| LNG | 5700 | |
| Lubricants | 5700 |
In my data for the year (Slicer) 2023 and the month (slicer) July do not have the department names of Aviation, LNG and Lubricants still the total salary is coming the same these department as well
How can i filter the department names which is not part in that specific month

pls try this
NewMeasure = IF(SUM('yourtable'[Gross Salary]),[Total Salary])
It is not getting done by this
explain why it didn’t work, maybe you use implicit measures
