buen dia  no  incia power bi y arroja aviso "no puede conectar con el modelo"

y no ingresa a la aplicasion y procede a cerrarce 

como se puede solucionar??

I would suggest you uninstall and reinstall the latest version power bi desktop:

Please try both 32-bit and 64-bit version of desktop on your machine. Then, try the suggestions:

• Launch Power BI desktop with Administrator.
• Try to start Power BI Desktop under Clean boot.
• Check whether issue is caused by gateway. Reference: Resolve Issues when Power BI Desktop will not launch
• Take a look at the Event Viewer to see if there are any application errors logged.

If none can resolve your problem, you may need to create a support ticket for further analysis.
