Subject: "Not receiving OTP – ‘Oops, troubleshoot’ error while creating Microsoft Work Account"

Hi,

I’m trying to create a Microsoft work account (needed for Power BI), but during the setup, when I enter my phone number for mobile verification, I get an “Oops, troubleshoot” error and don’t receive any OTP.

I have already tried:

Incognito/private mode

Different phone numbers

Different browsers and devices

Stable intern

et connection

Since the error is happening during mobile verification while creating a Microsoft work account, this seems more related to Microsoft account or identity services, rather than something specific to Power BI or Microsoft Fabric.

@Anchalaug25 , Do you know who the Microsoft tenant admin is? They can log in to admin.microsoft.com to reset the account. Alternatively, they can remove the free Power BI license and reassign it, or force re-configure MFA again.
