In ABC table we are having project number, Option number, Discription are the columns.

Project number is unique 

Option number is having duplications like every project number having the some common option numbers

In a slicer i am selecting multiple option numbers.

the result is the slicer is operating OR condition and giving the output comes.

our requirement is while I am selecting multiple option numbers it needs to show the multiple option numbers containing project number and their details 

For example: i select 10 option numbers in slicer, the 10 option numbers containing project number needs to show 

Present it showing all the project number which is having atleast one option number

This is how the slicer works if you check on the option of multiple selections.
