I have this table of data .

I need to calculate 

1. Number of orders 

2 . Number of vic orders

3. Number of orders in each office 

4. Number of vic orders in each office

1. Number of orders duration less than 2 hour

2 . Number of vic duration less than 1:30 hour

2 . Number of vic orders 1:30 hour

1. Number of orders over 2 hour

2 . Number of vic orders 1:30 hour

1. Number of orders over 6hour

2 . Number of vic orders 2 hour

 

Outcomes in table 

              Orders         orders less than 2       over 2      over 6

Norm

 

Orders         orders less than 2       over 2      over 6

Vic

 

And if can do some graphics line its good to 

 

I have tabe in excel but i dont know how to attach it
