$undefined showing in my values when applying Display Units on the values in Multi Target KPI visual

Hi everyone,

i'm using the Multi Target KPI visual

Patrick_Murphy_0-1698774210373.png

The values of my measures show correctly.

But when i apply a display unit in Thousands (Milliers in french) in the value format setting , is shows $undefined in the values.

Anyone have an idea what's going on here ?

Thanks.

I also started having this issue recently. My report was previously displaying the correct units but started showing undefined a few weeks ago. I have not found a solution

Having the same issue here too.

Seems to look ok in the desktop app , but has issues in the cloud / web view rendering
it goes away if you set the Format display unit value to none , I guess you could workaround by creating a new measure that is pre formatted before you drop it into the  KPI visual.

It's a shame as I was really liking this visual.

Hi @Patrick_Murphy ,

Problems may be caused by brackets.

Hi thanks for the reply,

i tried removing the currency format that give sme the brackets and i have it as a decimal number and the result still shows the $undefined ?
