The issues is likely stemming from the fact that the field you are using is DateTimeTimezone and not standard DateTime.  In PowerQuery, you need to ensure this is converted to DateTime prior to bringing it into Canvas.

Similarly, you need to ensure that if it's linked to a Date table, then the field should only be Date, not DateTime.

This should fix the error because currently it looks like Power BI is looking for a DateTime rather than DateTimeTimezone and / or it is looking for a Date column, not a DateTime column.

The fix, as mentioned, can be done in Power Query or, alternatively, in Canvas view by changing the column type to Date instead of DateTime.
