unable to see transform data option in power bi service

unable to see transform data option in power bi  service. I am unable to view it which access i should get

First, please confirm that your data model is a type supported by Power BI Service and that your administrator has enabled data model editing in the Admin Portal for the entire organization or a specific security group.

Second, please check the boxes I’ve circled in the screenshot below.

go to workspace setting > then go to power bi> general > enable setting

Hi @Shreesefwere 

If you have read the blog I've shared in 1st reply. it is clearly mentioned in limitation you cant do transformation in power query.
