unable to connect to model error message after installing latest November update

Hi Community,

 

I wanted to let you know that I just experienced an issue where PowerBI would not launch and I kept getting an error that says unable to connect to model after installing the latest November update.  Once I uninstalled and reverted back to the previous version, it boots up fine now.  Wanted to let you all know incase you run into the same issue.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

The December 2018 is released. Please upgrade the Desktop and give a try.

Can you please also share the error message and some snapshots?
